In a secluded setting in the Ballina-Byron Bay hinterland, the barn overlooks a gorgeous valley and surrounding gardens. It boasts traditional barn doors milled from wood on the land, raked ceilings and handmade wooden tables that can be arranged to suit any activity. There is a full kitchen, wifi and AV equipment - perfect for corporate events and presentations. This location is a great spot for summer retreat style shoots with a large outdoor entertaining area, including a spectacular stone fire pit and two-level seating area. The fire pit, main balcony and sparkling plunge pool are great spaces for photoshoots.

In addition to the barn, there are also six stylish en-suite bedrooms, all with high ceilings and views to the lush greenery outside. The two upstairs bedrooms offer freestanding baths positioned near wooden sliding doors that open to let in gorgeous views. The downstairs bedrooms have direct outdoor access onto wooden decks. The space sleeps a total of 11 people, great for crews to use as a base while filming in the area. For larger groups, ten glamping tents can be arranged in close proximity to the barn.
