The house is an outstanding example of 80s architecture and boasts unique features like a living room corner bar, large sunken circular bath, inclinator and boat berth. 

Key spaces are the living area and luxurious main bedroom,  gathered under the timber pitched roof peaks facing water views. The living room opens to the waterfront terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass, boasting a gorgeous fireplace.  The all-white kitchen also opens to the terrace, while  the timber-lined bedrooms with ensuites face the garden.

Outside, the surrounding grounds are landscaped in sandstone walls, paving and garden beds. Steps lead down to the jetty, boatshed and large pontoon.
