To the right of the main entrance is a fully-serviced bar, which is available for use upon request.

The main drawcard to this location is found outside. Two match-quality carpeted bowling greens, each approximately 40m², are situated between the main building and main road. The greens feature retractable shade cloths and are immaculately well maintained.

The surrounding area can become noisy at times, with a pedestrian walkway at the front of the property, and weekend traffic is busy with motorcycles taking day trips to nearby lookouts. The gardens and hedges around the property are maintained by the council, and trimmings take place on Wednesdays.
